固相萃取-反相高效液相色譜法測定隱形眼鏡護(hù)理液中聚胺丙基雙胍
用Spe-ed WCX固相萃取柱(500 mg/3 mL)將樣品濃縮富集后,以Shiseido C18色譜柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)為分離柱,以pH 4.0的乙-腈20 mmol.L-1乙酸銨(體積比16比84)為流動相,檢測波長為235 nm,7 min內(nèi)測定樣品中聚胺丙基雙胍。方法檢出限(S/N=3)為0.046 mg.L-1,相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為3.3%(n=7),線性范圍為100~800 mg.L-1,加標(biāo)回收率93.5%~110.9%。
