檢測(cè)表明:當(dāng)檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)270nm、流動(dòng)相為甲醇:水:磷酸(85%):EDTA(ethylene diamine tetra aceticacid)二鈉鹽(0.2mol/L)(770:210:5:1)、流速為1.0ml/min時(shí),方法的精密度為1.09%,外加標(biāo)回收率91.4%～97.1%之間。RP-HPLC的色譜柱為EC250/4Nuclesoil,100-5C18(4.0×250nm,5μm),保護(hù)柱為CC8/4Nuclesoil100-5C18。該方法可以簡(jiǎn)便、準(zhǔn)確地測(cè)定異構(gòu)顆粒酒花中異α-酸含量。
    Iso-α-acids content of isomerized hop pellets was analyzed by reversed-phase high performance liquid chroma- tography (RP-HPLC). The optimized conditions are: 270 nm by ultraviolet detection with methanol: H2O: H3PO4 (85%): EDTA- Na2 (0.2 mol/L) (770: 210: 5: 1, respectively) as mobile phase with flow rate 1.0 ml/min.
